Driver Atlas

Data Retention

Last updated:

Understand what Driver Atlas stores locally and how contact messages and operational logs depend on configured service and operator settings.

Known local record

The site can retain a consent choice in browser-local storage so the visitor does not see the same preference prompt on every visit. The local record is controlled by the browser and is separate from a user account.

Contact messages

Driver Atlas does not save contact messages in an application database. When enabled, Resend sends a form message to the configured mailbox. Resend, the mailbox, and delivery systems may retain message or delivery records under their own settings, and mailbox recipients control their copies.

Operational metadata

Application logs may contain limited metadata needed to operate or troubleshoot a submission. No fixed retention period is promised for logs, Resend records, mailbox copies, hosting records, or browser storage without an operator policy.

External systems differ

Hosting, network, browser, security, and linked documentation providers may process technical data under their own systems and policies. This page does not turn local-storage facts into a claim about every external layer.

Questions and answers

How long is the consent object kept?

The publication does not state a fixed duration. It remains subject to browser storage behavior and user-controlled clearing rather than an invented schedule.

Does this policy describe hosting logs?

No. Hosting and network records are external technical layers for which no verified retention facts have been supplied.
